A very worn lead alloy discoidal object with circular band, possibly a Medieval or Post Medieval cloth or related seal. The seal itself is discoidal with completely broken and misshapen circumference; it is possible this was originally circular in plan. There seems to be a gap between two symmetrical discs, suggesting perhaps that another element may have passed through this element, such as a chord. The circular band is broken on one end, where it would have connected to the disc; it is generally flat in cross-section with a raised ridge on both inner and outer circumferential edge…
