Copper alloy fragment of a ?Colchester type one-piece bow brooch. The head (W. 10.23mm. Th. 5.57mm) is generally D-shaped in section, slightly flattened at the top and decorated with a shallow lateral groove. The wings are concave (L. 13.55mm. W. 5.8mm. Th. 1.40mm), generally circular in section, which would have been integral to and formed the support for the spring mechanism. One side is broken off and there is a semi-circular depression almost inline with the centre of the bow. The upper section of the bow survives (L. 18.85mm. W. 5.95-4.65mm. Th. 2.46-1.72mm.). Cast copper-alloy one-piece Drahtfibel bow brooch. Four-coiled spring; one coil and pin missing. Rectangular-sectioned gently-curving bow, tapering to point at foot. The catchplate has one circular perforation and the end is missing. There are two horizontal and two diagonal incised lines on the upper bow and four horizontal lines just above the catchplate. Smooth, even dark green patina.

Fragment, cast copper-alloy knee brooch. Short, cylindrical wings, cylindrical head surmounted by a small loop. Endplates housing missing spring and pin. The endplates are pierced and one retains part of the central axial bar. Only the upper bow is intact. There are at least four triangular and sub-triangular cells on either side of the bow; no trace of enamelling survives. Smooth, brown patina.

Cast copper-alloy bow brooch; Hod Hill type 60. Broad bow tapering at junction with foot gently arched to a semi-circle (now distorted). The flat head is rolled upwards to hold missing axial bar. Narrow, tapering foot, flat foot knob with horizontal groove. The bow has knurled marginal mouldings and prominent knurled median ridge. Traces of tinning survive on the bow. Iron corrosion from axial bar on head. Catchplate mostly intact, but edges damaged.

Cast copper-alloy two-piece bow brooch. Incomplete. Semi-cylindrical side-wings with single grooves at the end. Plain, undecorated bow; foot and catchplate missing. Spring and pin missing, but would have been secured by passing the external chord and axial bar through the lug with two perforations behind the head. The crest runs on a flat ridge down the head to the bow.

Cast copper-alloy Colchester-type bow brooch. The undecorated bow is almost circular in section. The short side-wings are flat and undecorated. The sprung pin (missing) is secured by passing an iron axis bar through the perforation behind the head. The complete catchplate has three rectangular perforations. Ron corrosion from axis bar.

Copper-alloy Rosette brooch. Cast in one-piece. Semi-cylindrical spring-cover, damaged on under surface and at ends. Spring and pin missing. Short, curving bow, triangular foot tapering in, but missing at the bottom. The foot-plate extends behind the bow, but is damaged. One shallow moulded flute at junction of bow and foot. Most of catchplate missing. No sign of separately attached disc.
