A large flint assemblage of later Mesolithic date, probably representing blade and microlith production. The assemblage comprises:

A group of 21 sherds dating to the medieval period, consisting of 13 body sherds, 7 rim sherds, and 1 base sherd.
The largest six body sherds are all salmon orange coloured, with varying levels of grey sooting on the exterior surfaces of most. All six contain moderate to abundant quartz inlcusions and sparse to moderate inclusions of mica. All six have abundant inclusions of small dark brown and grey that are mostly angular. A group of 10 medieval cooking pot sherds consisting of 3 rim sherds and 7 body sherds.
Of the rim sherds, all have grey unoxidised exterior and interior surfaces, and all have brown/purple core. The smallest of these sherds has bright orange colouring at the rim towards the inner surface. All contain moderate to sparse inclusions that are pale or white in colour, as well as moderate to abundant inclusions of mica and moderate to sparse quartz inclusions. A triangular flint tool, probably a burin or piercer, probably dating to the Neolithic period.
The tool is made from a flake of light grey flint with a glossy patina. It is sub-triangular in shape and trapezoidal in cross section. There signs of retouch along the length of the right edge and a medium sized bulb of percussion on the ventral face with associated cracking ripples.
Measurements: The flake is 45.47mm long, 26.33mm wide, 8.25mm thick and weighs 9.07 g.

13 wrought iron horseshoes dating from the 13th to 15th century (c.AD 1200-1500), with the majority dating from the 14th-15th century (c.AD 1300-1500).
The shoe has three rectangular holes to each branch with worn calkins. Two T-shaped iron nails in situ, possibly of the ‘fiddle-key’ form. Ovoid countersinkings for nail heads.
