A complete lead possible medieval or post-medieval apothecary weight. It is an irregular square shape with a slightly corroded surface. There is an unclear design stamped on to the outer face suggesting that the object may be an apothecary weight, but this is too faint to be deciphered. If the object is indeed an apothecary weight then a fifteenth or sixteenth century date range is suggested. Length: 16.69mm, width: 16.47mm, thickness: 5.05mm, weight: 11.22g
