It has a flat, oval body with three pierced lugs for attachment, one on each side of the oval and one at the base. At one end of the oval is a transverse strip, and the remains of a broad, curved hook, part of which has broken away and is missing. The front has an incised border with short transverse lines between the border line and the edge of the plate. The centre of the plate is decorated with faint rocker arm decoration.
