An incomplete copper alloy post medieval hooked tag, dating to 1600-1700 AD. The hooked tag is oval in shape, and has three attachment loops. The two side loops are circular in shape and on one side there is a triangular knop projecting out, the top loop is rectangular shaped. The face of the hooked tag is decorated with an incised floral motif, with a quatrefoil leaf design extending down the tag, with a larger central projection. Below this is a floral trifoliate design. A copper-alloy hooked clasp of post-Medieval date. The plate is oval in plan, its upper surface bearing a central cell in which there is a relief-moulded design, probably depicting a flowerhead flanked by two spirals. A border of three grooves and interspersing ridges surrounds this central area. At the top is a loop, at the base of which is a pair of rounded lobes. Silver dress fitting, made in one plane with circular central plate with relief-moulded design of a flowerhead and one large attachment loop at base and two smaller ones on either side. Gilt. Signs of chasing on reverse. Measures 13.7mm long, 12.8mm wide, 2mm thick and weighs 1.38g. Related to, but not identical to, a type of dress fitting reported through the Treasure Act in which a flat element like this has a wire loop soldered onto the reverse, see TAR 2005-6 nos.700 and 701, and to surviving dress fittings in copper alloy. A copper alloy dress hook, cast as one piece with the hook end bent upwards over the upper surface. The main part of the object is curved (convex). This is lozenge-shaped with two pierced lobes at the hook end, one either side of the stem of the hook and a rectangular panel containing a row of pellets between them. The hexagonal central area has a foliate design with a central quartered berry and four leaves in cross formation with four small circular berries between.
