A small cast lead weight with rounded edges and a flat top and bottom. In the top of the weight two fragments of a light greyish-blue glass have been pressed in. The lead is a light yellowish-brown colour. A similar weight can be seen in the Yorkshire Museum's collection (Pirie, p282).
This object was found along with YORYM-01F580 lead weight and YORYM-022143 styca of Aethelred.

A small cast lead weight with rounded edges and a flat base. Into the top of the weight a styca coin has been pressed. The coin is not otherwise identifiable. The lead is a light greyish-brown colour. A similar weight can be seen in the Yorkshire Museum's collection (Pirie, p282). This Viking weight dates from the 9th or 10th century.
This object was found along with YORYM-022143 styca of Aethelred and YORYM-01F154 lead weight.

Description: The weight is circular and appears to have no motif or decoration. It has a mottled off-white to grey patination .
Measurements: 10.1mm in diameter and 1.28g in weight.
Discussion: This lead weight and the other similar weight were found close to the coins, other similar lead objects were found but disposed of before their significance was identified by the finder. Description: The weight is circular and has raised elements on both sides though are incredibly worn and obscured by patination so it is not clear if this was intended decoration. It has a mottled off-white to grey patination.

A complete cast lead weight, probably dating from the 17th-19th century AD (length: 38mm; diameter at base: 23mm; weight: 99.89g). A conical-shaped artefact with the broken remains of what appears to be an iron suspension loop at the top. There is one big scratch down the weight and the artefact is in a worn but fair condition.

Roman copper alloy figurative object, perhaps a steelyard weight, 62mm long, 42mm wide and 25 mm thick. The object is in fair condition, being very worn, with a green patina and weighs 144g. It is in the form of a naked female bust, perhaps wearing a head-dress, with hair flowing over her shoulders. There are traces of iron staining around the top of the head, but no obvious sign of a suspension loop.

A lead alloy possible standing weight of probable Medieval to Post-Medieval date, circa (AD 1300 - 1700).
The weight is a rectangular pyramid in form. The sides of the weight flare to the flat and broadly rectangular base. Below the upper edge is a transverse circular piercing. The circular hole has a maximum diameter of 3.20mm. The object has a well-developed cream coloured patina across all surfaces. The surfaces have been abraded, possibly in the plough soil.

A circular London half-ounce trade weight stamped with a crowned G, a ewer and a sword at 2, 6, and 10 o'clock positions respectively. The ewer was stamped on approved weights by the London Founders Company between 1590-1826. The crowned letter G is the royal cypher for Georges I to IV; in this arrangement most likely George III or IV (Biggs 1992, 52), dating the weight to c. AD 1760-1826.

A copper-alloy Early Medieval weight in the form of a fourteen-sided polyhedron (a cube with the corners cut off). Eight of the sides are equilateral triangles, the other six are rectangular. Each of the rectangular sides is decorated with three punched annulets and their borders are delineated by a line of smaller incised dots. Each triangular face is undecorated. The weight has a dark brown patina. It dates from the 9th or 10th Century.

Medieval lead alloy conical weight or whorl, 13mm high and 31mm in diameter. The object is in fair condition with a grey patina and weighs 44.62grams. The object is circular in form and sub-triangular in section with a central hole, 8mm in diameter. A circular lead weight measuring 18mm in diameter and 4mm in thickness, both faces flat. The top face has a rectangular strip of copper-alloy lying across it, this strip measures 13mm in length and 7mm in width; the remains of gilding can be seen on it. It seems that this strip of copper-alloy may perhaps be covering some sort of decoration on the lead as there appears to be a semi-circular groove with a circular dot in its centre which disappears beneath the strip. Trade Weight from the Georgian Period or later (approximately AD 1714 - 1850). The weight is circular in shape and has a raised rim around the circumference. The obverse of the weight features a crowned 'G R' in the centre, which may stand for 'George Rex' and therefore indicated the monarch when the weight was made. The reverse of the weight has many linear scratches. The weight has an overall green patina. The object weighs 13.3g and is 25.10mm in diameter.

Complete Copper Alloy Queen Anne Trade Weight. The weight is circular in shape with a small raised rim. There is an ‘A’ stamped at 9 o clock and an image likened to a coffee pot stamped at 6 o clock, thought to be an ewer (The London founders trade mark). The reverse is plain. The weight has a Brass like patina, and is pitted and marked all over. The object weighs 23.7g and is 30.14mm in diameter.
