A complete possible Medieval copper-alloy weight. It is circular in plan with a flat base, conical walls and a hollowed interior. It perhaps functioned as a weight or potentially an inkwell, although no copper alloy examples of the latter are recorded on the database. Neveretheless, the weight and patina of the object could potentially indicate a Bronze Age date.
Diameter: 33.1mm; Height: 23.9mm; Weight: 100.03g.
