The object is worn rendering any detail illegible though a circular recess at the centre of the inside base can be seen.
The metal has a mid-brown patina and is worn. The weight is 24.4mm in diameter, 9.8mm tall, 2.4mm thick and weighs 12.9g.

The weight is unifaced and circular in plan with slightly raised sides and incised lathe turned lines on the interior surface. The upper surface is stamped with two swords which represent the sword of St Paul; the City of London Guildhall cipher (Biggs, 1992, p.50).
