An unidentified token or coin, cast in an unidentified white-metal, and probably dating from the Medieval to post-Medieval periods. The central image on one side is of uncertain nature, consisting on an irregular pattern of curved lines which radiate outwards from a central point. A cast lead object, possibly a token or counter, of uncertain date. It is circular in form, oval shaped in section and has moulded decoration on one face. This comprises five equally spaced lines that radiate from the centre of the face. It measures 17.83mm in diameter, 4.84mm in thickness, and 8.85g in weight. The precise function of this object is uncertain, although it may have been used as a simple token or possibly a counter. It is of uncertain date, and could belong to any point from the Roman period onwards.

A cast lead disc, possibly a token or counter. The object is oval in shape and extremely worn. Most lead tokens are decorated with crudely moulded motifs on one or both faces. On one face of this example are vestigal traces of a pellets, while the other side appears to be blank. The lack of distinguishing features makes this object difficult to date, and it may be of the Medival or Post Medieval period. A complete cast lead circular unifaced disc of Unknown date, possibly a post-Medieval to Modern token. One face has an inscribed design consisting of a square that is sub-divided by a cross forming four squares. From the centre, the arms of a cross saltire extend to each corner of the large square. A cast lead token. The token is flat and circular, with chamfered edges. A twisted sprue extends from one side of the token. The obverse of the token depicts a grid design, formed of crossed line. Three diagonal lines cross over the grid. The reverse is blank. The token is in a good condition. The lead has gone a mid brownish-grey colour. Due to a lack of excavated examples these tokens can only be loosely dated from between circa 1400 – 1850 AD.

It is 14.5mm in diameter, 1.3mm thick and weighs 1.80 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely,and this example could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date, c.1250-1850.
