A possible Post Medieval cast lead alloy slag drop, c.AD 1700-1800. This is a piece of lead alloy in the shape of a tear-drop, with a face reverse face and a convex obverse face. There are no markings or decoration on either face.

A piece of cast lead alloy slag of unclear date, 11th-18th century AD. This object is a piece of slag, formed when molten lead fell during the casting process onto a firmer surface. The metal dripped down on one side and the main body of the item has formed from several drops landing on top of each other. Lead was a common metal throughout the Medieval and early Post Medieval period and was used for many items, from tokens and gaming pieces to seal matrices, pilgrim badges, and other religious items. A piece of lead alloy Slag or Metal working debris of unknown date (AD 100-1400). The object is rough and irregular, with bubbles and cavities one side is predominantly flat, indicating that it was resting on an irregular surface while it was cooling. Lead metalworking waste; scatter of pieces of lead waste, suggestive of lead working having been carried out on the site.
