A Roman case copper-alloy mount, harness fitting or vessel attachment. It consists of an arched rectangular shaped and sectiond bar broken at each end. On the inside edge of the surface are two concentric grooves. Extending from the mid point of the same edge is an integral pelat-shaped plate that is D-shaped in cross-section and has a hollow interiror. The patina across the object is dark grey in colour. The object measures 33.3mm long, 24.9mm wide, 3.6mm thick and weighs 5.12 grams.

A copper-alloy mount of modern date (c.AD 1850-1950). Pressed metal elongated sexfoil plate with lugs at its ends folded back. The stamped design comprises a central diamond with bifoliate projections from each point set against incised linear decoration. A complete copper-alloy pressed furniture fitting or mount of modern date (c.AD 1800-1900). The object is square in plan with a convex obverse and concave reverse. The face has a central rivet hole which is surrounded by four triangle shaped petals, surrounded by four larger triangular petals. The object has a green patina. An incomplete copper alloy Mount of Post-Medieval date (AD 1550-1750). The object is composed of a trefoil upper and lower terminal, with the upper love missing due to an old, abraded break and a retained tapering attachment spike projecting from the back of the lower lobe. The central plate is sub-circular with a circular openwork aperture at its centre. Length: 39.82mm, Width: 21.45mm, Thickness: 1.79mm, Weight: 5.4g The metal is mid-green in colour with a pitted patina.

Copper alloy mount fragment. Probably die-stamped disc with a broad border or rim bearing a series of juxtaposed rhomboids encloses a field of finely-defined herringbone lines, all similarly oriented. An oval central hole was perhaps enlarged to this form by the rough removal of an object fastened here; about one third is lost to a ragged tear. Alternatively perhaps inset into a flat surface. An incomplete post-medieval cast copper alloy, openwork mount, possibly dating 1550 - 1700. The mount comprises an openwork heart-shaped main plate, which tapers to a fleur de lis terminal. The terminal consists of two circular petals flanking an elongated, pointed central petal. The front surface of the mount is curved, and may have been decorated in places. A perforated copper alloy possible bar mount of unknown date, Roman to Post medieval, AD 43 - 1900. It could also be a connecting rod or part of a larger object. It is a flat bar or copper alloy, rectangular in plan and in cross-section. It is not decorated. One end is a worn break. AT the other end, the bar is rounded and thereis a circular perforation of 2.7mm diameter. The hole has worn through on one side. The bar curves in profile near the broken end, which may be damage. A Medieval cast copper-alloy bar mount dating to c.1150-1350. Circular domed body with a central 2.5mm diameter piercing. D-shaped cross section arms extend to either side terminating in much smaller domes that are drilled for rivet fixings. The reverse is flat apart from a concave dished area behind the central dome. The surface displays an even dark patina. Length 19.1mm, width 7mm, thickness 2.5mm, weight 0.9g. A Medieval to Post-Medieval lead-alloy mount, dating to c.AD 1200 - 1600. The mount is circular with a central cross decorated with a row of pellets and larger central pellet. The circular border has moulded triangular motifs project inwards at each angle of the cross. All decoration is in deep relief which might have been to accommodate some coloured material in imitation of enamel. The reverse of the mount has a broken circular sectioned integral rivet in the centre. Diameter: 29.6 mm  Weight: 18.62 g

An incomplete copper alloy hooked fitting. Possibly a dress fastener or a buckle pin. A thick bar of copper alloy with a D-shaped cross-section for much of its length, thinning into a rectangular cross section towards the hooked end. Th hooked end is tapered and bent at a right angle before curling back on itself. At the other end is also tapered and ends in a break. On one face of the bar in the centre are traces of stamped decoration of an annulet with four annulets set around it forming a rectangle.
