Granite (aplite) perforated ovoid macehead or shafthole adze, sub-oval in plan, tapering towards the butt end, and lozenge-shaped in profile and section, with a perforation that is circular in plan and hour-glass shaped in profile with a central diameter of 14 mm and an outer diameter of 23 mm. The blade end is wider in plan and narrower and asymmetrical in profile, suggesting that the implement might have been used as an adze. The implement has been worked from a beach cobble and would have been collected from the coast. It would have then been pecked and ground into shape…

A perforated stone macehead made from an oval river pebble of fine-grained buff stone with closely-spaced lighter streaks. The diameter of the hole varies from 11.57-12.21mm. There is no sign of further working to form an implement.

Incomplete doleritic greenstone cushion macehead or shafthole adze, oval in plan, tapering slightly towards one end, and lozenge-shaped in profile and section. Both ends have been worked to form an edge which could have been used for chopping as well as hammering. The implement has been worked from a beach cobble and would have been collected from the coast. It would have then been pecked and ground into shape and the central hole bored by using sand and a drill.
