An incomplete copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantius II as Caesar, (AD 323-361) dating to the period  AD 330-335. (Reece Period 17). GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS reverse type depicting two soldiers standing either side of two standards with central palm between. Mint: of Trier, Palm/[...]. Cf. LRBC. pt.I no: 83. Diameter: 16.13mm and weight: 1.68g.  A short section of the flan is missing at 4 O'clock on the obverse.

A copper-alloy Roman nummus of Constantius II (323-361), dating to the period c.AD 347-8 (Reece Period 17). VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX reverse type depicting the legend within a wreath. Unclear eastern mint. Another similar example is recorded on the database FASAM-B06D4F which notes that although these coins are extremely common in the Mediterranean region, they are scarce as finds in Britain.

[GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS] with [p/sCON]ST in exergue The coin measures 15.6mm diameter, 1.4mm thick and weighs 1.42 grams.

A complete copper-alloy nummus, probably of Constantius II and dating c. 347-348 AD. Reece period 17, uncertain mint. Reverse; VICTORIAE DD AVGGQ NN, two victories standing holding wreaths and facing each other in, palm between. The coin is preserved in relatively poor condition, though enough detail can be discerned as to make a reasonable attempt at identification.

GLORIA EXERCITVS reverse depicting two helmeted soldiers standing with their heads turned towards each other; each holds an inverted spear and rests on a shield; between them, a standard with a Chi-Rho on the banner. It is impossible to identify confidently the extent of the obverse legend, however, it is likely that it reads: CONSTANTI-VS PF AVG. RIC VIII, p. 355, No. 86. Reece Period 17.
