Contemporary copy of copper-alloy Roman Constantinian commemorative coin (AD. 330-346). Probably showing 'Victory on prow with sceptre and shield'on reverse with helmeted head of Constantinopolis on the obverse although this is facing R. and it should be L. RIC #548. Could plausibly be a copy of a Roma commemorative issue, RIC #104 where the head is R. and the reverse shows a soldier with spear and shield.
