A corroded copper-alloy Indo-Greek coin from the Kushan Empire, dating to the mid-3rd century AD. It is 19mm in diameter, 2mm thick, and weighs 5.02g. On one side is a facing standing figure (crowned, diademed king standing facing, nimbate, holding trident and sacrificing at alter at left), on the other, Oesho or Wesho standing facing, holding trident and diadem, Bull Nandi left behind. A Greek copper alloy AE unit of Massalia dating to the period c200 to c1 BC. Obverse shows the head of Apollo facing right. Reverse shows a bull butting right, MAΣΣ above, uncertain working in exergue below. Cf SNG UK 1000, 34/35. The mint is Masslia. The diameter is 14mm, and the weight is 1.9g. The reverse inscription is MAΣΣ.
