Fragment of Medieval, Norman, silver penny of William I, AD.1066-1087, probably North no.844, two sceptres AD.1072-74. Coin is heavily damaged, missing approxiately half of the coin.
Obverse features a sceptre with a cross patee and part of a diademed crown. Legend: X ANGLO[R]
Reverse, part of a cross fleury and saltire botonne. Legend: [A]NDER[B]
Possibly Anderboda a moneyer of Winchester mint.

A complete silver Medieval coin of William I in three connecting fragments of 'Two Stars' type, dating from AD 1074-1077? Possible mint of London; possible moneyer: Wulfric. Cf. North 1994 Vol I, p. 191, no. 845. Because of the fragmetary nature of this coin and also the darkening of the silver material, it is difficult to discern portions of the legend which would make this a more confident identification.

A Medieval hammered silver coin fragment of William I or William II, a PAXS penny (BMC type 8), probably North 848/9. The mint and moneyer are unknown due to the damage to the legends. Dates to between c1083 and c1088 AD. It looks more damaged than intentionally cut.
The length is 14.5mm, the width is 11mm, and the weight 0.42g. The original diameter was approximately 17mm.

An extremely worn cut half coin, probably silver penny dating to the early Medieval 'Norman Kings' period c. 1066-1154 AD. Probably of the 'Profile/Cross Fleury' Type of William I, c. 1066-1068.The remains of the obverse depicts the lower half of a draped bust breaking the inner circle and interrupting the legend; the remains of the legend are scant, consisting of [...] [R]E-X. The reverse is likewise unclear due to surface wear and the orientation of the cut in the coin. It seems likely that the inner circle has a simple cross fleury with an annulet at the centre.
