A silver medieval penny, possibly of Edward IV (AD 1461-1483) dating to the second reign, 1471-1483. Minted under Bishop William Dudley. North 1991, volume II, page 95, number 1666.
The coin is very worn, and the legend has been clipped. There is an extra projection on the left side of the crown, a possible D to the left of the neck and a possible V to the right.
