Obv.: Facing crowned bust, E and rose by bust. Leg.: '[+EDWARD(E)◇DI◇]GRA[◇REX ANGL(IE)]'. Rev.: Long cross with three pellets in each quarter with quatrefoil-with-pellet at centre of reverse. Rev.: '[C]IVI/[TAS/EBO/RACI]'. The coin is quite worn and has substantial abrasion around the circumference.

Type XXIiv North 1654. A portion of the legend is missing, making the coin oval. There is a slight bend in the extant legend. It measures 15.90 mm DIA x 0.64 mm TH and weighs 0.60 g.
