An Irish penny of Edward IV which was probably minted in Dublin between 1473 and 1478 as part of the light 'Cross and Pellets' coinage. The coin is quite small and some clipping has occurred. As Spink's no. 6365 or 6366 (the marks by the neck are unclear).

A hammered silver halfpenny, probably Edward IV from the Durham mint. If the design at the centre of the reverse long cross is a D it represents being minted by under William Dudley, Bishop of Durham 1476-83. However the mint name for Dudley's halfpennies is usually Deram, not Dvnelm.
