Reverse is standard type 'D' with a ship bearing coat of arms, cross above, and E and a Rose to either side of the mast and legend - PER CRVCEM [TVA SALVA NOS X]PC REDEMPT. Pierced cross initial mark. Part of the edge is folded irregularly over, obscuring the legend. Reference: North (1991), Vol II, p 92, no. 1626. Diameter: 28.4mm, thickness: 1.2mm, weight: 5.1g.
