An incomplete silver penny of Henry I (1100-35) type 11 (Double Inscription) (c.1115-17).  EMC 2020.0300. This seems to be an unrecorded moneyer for the type however the inscription is interpreted. A hammered silver cut halfpenny of Henry I, mint uncertain. On the obverse is a facing bust crowned and diademed with the head 3/4 left and a sceptre in the right hand. The legend reads: HE[---]. The reverse has a quadrilateral with a lis at each angle over a cross fleury, the legend has worn away. The coin is similar to North number 871, a type struck between 1125 and 1135.
