Anja Rohde has confirmed that the coin is a die duplicate with BMC 216A, one in the Mack Collection (SCBI vol 20, coin 1369) and one in the Ashmolean (SCBI vol 12, coin 56).

Martin Allen notes -The coin does indeed provide a new type for this moneyer, who is also known in the coinage of Harold II and William I type 2.

EDR[ ON LV]NDN Cross pattee; in each angle, an annulet containing one letter of the word PAXS . The length is 20mm, width 8mm, and the weight is 0.61g.
