A Medieval silver coin, a worn and damaged voided short cross penny of Henry II to John, dating from AD 1180 - 1205, class 1 - 4 based on the hair curls. Unknown moneyer and mint. The coin edge are folded leaving the bust on the outer face, and there are holes in the flan. There also appears to be corrosion layers obscuring the details. The coin is 20.2mm in diameter and 0.8mm thick. It weighs 0.9g. North number 962 - 968.
