A Medieval silver coin; a penny of Henry VI (first reign, AD 1422 - 1461), a mule with an Annulet issue obverse (AD 1422 - 1427) and a Rosette-Mascle reverse (AD 1427 - 1430). North notes that muling between these two classes is considerable (page 73, Volume 2, 1991). Initial mark Cross V, Mint on London. Compare North number 1431 on page 74 (ibid.) and 1449 on page 76. The coin is 17.1mm diameter, 0.5mm thick and 0.82g. It is slightly bent.
