Obverse: No legend; Rose. Reverse: No legend; Thistle. North, J.J. 1991. English Hammered Coinage, Volume II, Edward I to Charles II, 1272-1662. Spink & Son, London. The coin has been pierced near the edge. It is 10mm diameter, 0.6mm thick and 0.23g.
