A very worn silver penny of Edwardian type. The obverse is extremely worn, so that identifcation to class is difficult. It was minted in Durham under Edward I (AD 1272-1307) or Edward II (AD 1307-1327).
The coin has a diameter of 24mm, is 0.7mm thick, and weighs 0.9g.
