Several mints (Aquileia, Lyon, and Trier) produced siliquae of this type for Gratian with mint marks ending [...]PS. the style and reverse type of the current coin in comparison with examples in the British Museum collection suggests it is likely to be from the Aquileia mint rather than Trier or Lyon.
