A Roman siliqua of Valentinian II (AD 375-92), VIRTVS ROMANORVM reverse around Roma seated facing on throne, head left, holding globe and reversed spear. Mint of Aquileia, AD 378-83 (Reece period 20), RIC IX, p.100, no. 28 (b). The reverse has been over-struck, apparent below the mintmark. Measures 17.05mm, weighs 1.50g, die axis 7.
