A complete, Roman Republican, struck or hammered, silver, denarius of Mark Anthony (83-30 BC). The coin celebrates the 'Legionary' coinage of Mark Anthony produced at his travelling mint at the winter headquarters at Patrae just prior to the Actian campaign and honoured twenty-three legions (LEG PRI to LEG XXIII).
