Early Roman coin: silver denarius, probably of Mark Antony as imperator, galley obverse, issued between 32 and 31 BC. This is an example of the 'legionary' coinage struck under Mark Antony to honour the legions and praetorian cohorts. Unfortunately the coin is very worn, and the reverse type, and any inscriptions are illegible, such that the details of the legion honoured on the coin are illegible.
