A complete and very worn silver 'legionary' type Roman Republican denarius, struck for Mark Antony c. 32-31 BC (Reece Period 1), travelling mint. The coin is extremely worn with few details remaining, though a crescent shaped bankers mark has been punched above the galley on the obverse.

Reverse; legionary eagle between two standards, LEG XI between. RCC p. 541, no. 544/25. At a bankers mark has been punched into the reverse of the coin, while at least two are present on the obverse. The coin demonstrates a reasonable amount of wear, although all the key details are visible.
