An incomplete silver Republican legionary type denarius struck for Mark Anthony in c. 32-31 BC (Reece Period 1), Republican mint travelling with moneyer. Reverse; LEG [...], legionary eagle between two standards. RRC p. 540, cf. no. 544/13ff. Only around 3/4 of the coin remains, with a large fragment having broken off post-deposition. The coin is extremely worn, but enough detail survives to identify it securely.
