A silver Roman Republican denarius of Octavian (31 BC-AD 14), byt he moneyer L. Pinarius Scarpus, dating to the period c.31-30 BC (Reece Period 1). Obverse: [I]MP•CAESARI / [S]CARPVS•IMP, Open right hand to left. Reverse: DIVI• F / AVC• PONT, Victory standing to right on globe, holding palm frond with her left hand and wreath tied with fillet with her extended right. Mint of Cyrene.
