A complete copper alloy Tournai Jetton dating to the late Medieval to Post Medieval period (AD 1497 to AD 1521). The obverse depicts three circles each containing a quatrefoil and the reverse depicts a broad cross pattee with a quatrefoil and lis in alternate angles. The jetton is a mid-green colour with an even surface patina. Comparable examples recorded on the PAS database include: WMID-663785; PUBLIC-CBFBE1; and WAW-C0BF8F. The overall dimensions are as follows: 27.05mm in diameter, 1.94mm in thickness and 6.02g in weight.
