A Roman silver miliarensis of Constantius II (AD 337-61), dating to AD 350-61 (Reece Period 18), VIRTVS EXERCITVS reverse type depicting a soldier, helmeted, standing facing, head turned to right, holding inverted spear in right hand and resting left hand on shield. Mint of Thessalonica. There is a V-shaped nick in the edge of the flan at 1 o'clock on the obverse.
