A medieval silver cut halfpenny of John (1199-1216), moneyer: Henricvs, mint: Rhuddlan, class v dating to c.AD1210-15 (North 973/3). Ref: North 1994: 222. Coins of the Rhuddlan mint are rare finds. This is only the fourth found in Shropshire, and the first of its type.

A Medieval silver penny of Richard I (AD 1189-99) or John (AD 1199-1216), Group I, class ii (North 972/2) dating from c. AD 1190-pre-1205, moneyer: Halli mint: Rhuddlan. Ref: North 1994: 221. The coin is struck on a slightly irregular flan and is worn, especially on the obverse. The coin is 20.62mm in diameter, 0.82mm thick and weighs 1.2g.

A Medieval silver cut short cross farthing issued under a Plantagenet Monarch. The coin was minted at the Rhuddlan mint in Wales probably by the moneyer HALLI. The Reverse barred N on the reverse legend identifies it as Class (i) or (ii) and dates it between circa AD 1180-1204. North; English Hammered Coinage Vol 1; (1994) p221; 971/1, 972/2.
