Coins from the rhuddlan mint are divided into a further 5 classes this coin being class 2 1190-1205 SIMON(D)- cross pattee. Full flan centre strike. Obverse: HENRICVS REX; portrait five pearls in crown sceptre right hand. Reverse: SIMOND.ON. RVLA; voided short cross four pellets in quarters.
