A Medieval silver cut half penny of Henry III (AD 1216-1272). Voided long cross without sceptre, probably Class 3c (North 988) dating to AD 1248-50. Minted at Oxford, moneyer unknown. North (1994: 226). Overall dimensions: 18.02mm in length, 8.81mm in width, 0.61mm in thickness and 0.64g in weight.

An extremely worn, silver, Medieval cut half penny of Henry III (AD 1216-1272) Class IIb. It is a voided long cross with three pellets in each quadrant, likely minted by Adam in Oxford. AD 1248. Obverse description: Crowned bust facing forward. Obverse inscription: [HENRICVS] [REX] [TERCI]. Reverse description: Voided long cross with three pellets in each quadrant. Reverse inscription: [ADA]/MON/OX[O]/[NFO]. Diameter: 18.05mm. Thickness: 0.85mm. Die axis: 10.
