Probably SAECVLO FRVGIFERO reverse type, depicting winged caduceus (staff with snakes entwined), dating to the period AD 260 - AD 269 (Reece Period: 13). Possibly mint of Lugdunum (Lyon). Possibly RIC V pt.2, p.344, no.84.
