Obverse inscription: [CAESAR] AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRIAE Reverse description: Gaius & Lucius standing front, each with a hand resting on a round shield, a spear, & in field above, a lituus right & simpulum left Reverse inscription: AVGVS[TI F COS DESIG] PRINC IVVENT, C L CAESARES. Minted in Lugdunum (modern Lyon). The coin is in a good condition with a little wear on both faces.

Reverse description: Large globe on an altar inscribed VO-TIS-XX in three lines, three stars above,C R across both fields. Mintmark PLG for Lyons. The coin is in a good condition witha little wear on all surfaces. There is evidence of rusting on both faces suggesting it was buried in close proximity to an iron object. Thickness 2.17mm,weight 3.8g,diameter 18.97mm. RIC VII, no.129.

A worn copper alloy nummus of the House of Constantine, AD333-335, RIC vii, Reece period 17. The obverse shows a helmeted and mantled bust, facing left. The reverse shows the URBS ROMA issue, the she-wolf standing left, suckling Romulus and Remus, two 8-point stars above representing Castor and Pollux, the twins. In exegue are the letters PLG, denoting the mint of Lugdunum (Lyons). The coin is slightly oval in shape but is worn and chipped. It measures 15.26mm by 14.19mm, is 1.86mm thick and weighs 1.5g.
