A copper-alloy dupondius (probably*) of Vespasian (AD 69-79); FIDES PVBLICA S C reverse; minted at Lyon, AD 77-78; RIC Vol. II, p. 103, no. 753(a) or (b). The coin's surfaces are worn and very corroded. It measures 27.3mm in diameter, 3.1mm thick and weighs 8.87g.
