A Roman copper alloy coin: nummus of Constantine I (AD306-337). Reece & James (200:35) date the reverse to between AD324-330. The coin is in good condition with very little wear. However the letting on the obverse and reverse legends varies with some letters very clear whilst others appear to be very worn. The distribution of worn letters appears to be random.
