A Post-Medieval silver plated forgery of a halfcrown of William III (1696-1702), dating to AD 1697-1701 copying a London issue. Very good forgery, silver plate on white metal, as Spink 3475. The reverse is partiuclarly worn and has crack in the silver plating.
