Probably Edward II, AD 1307-1327. Mint is London. Obverse legend is almost completely illegible reading +[...]A. Obverse shows an unclear, and incomplete, forward facing crowned bust. Reverse legend reads CIVI/[TAS]/[L]ON/DON. Reverse shows a solid long cross with three pellets per quarter. Die axis is 5 o'clock. Weight is 0.25g, diameter is 11.8mm, thickness is 0.6mm.
