A medieval silver hammered coin (North 1043/1), an Edward II mule class 10 cf5b (due to the small nick in the letter D, the style of the A, the S having a pellet centre, and the hair style being Mayfield. Also the hook on the left side fleur looks like it has been re-cut which is a characteristic of cf5b). The obverse has a crowned facing bust within a border and a legend which reads '+EDWARDUS REX A:'. The reverse has a Long Cross with three conjoined pellets in each quarter. The legend reads 'CIVI/TAS/LON/DON'. The diameter is 11.62mm and it weighs 0.26g.
