Mintmark: -//RSR; commonly attributed to London, but to be studied further. RIC V, pt 2, p. 512, cf. no. 571. BNJ 2014 Coin Register p. 261, no. 21. It is not clear if there is a G at the end of the obverse legend.
The Wolf and Twins reverse is one of the more common reverse types for silver denarii of Carausius, but this is only the second example with the legend RENOVA ROMAN that Sam Moorhead has seen. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's …
