A silver Roman denarius of Carausius dating to the period AD 286-293 (Reece Period 14), EXPECTATE VENI reverse type depicting Britannia standing right, holding standard, clasping hands with emperor standing left holding sceptre. Mintmark: -//RSR; commonly attributed to London, but to be studied further. RIC V, p. 510, no. 555. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
