Mintmark: -//RSR; commonly attributed to London, but to be studied further. RIC V, pt 2 - The reverse of this coin has been double-struck. There is one other similar coin, with inscription VIRT CARAVSI AVG (hence suggesting this coin is VIRT rather than VIRTVS), in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
