Mint of London, B E//[MLXXI]. This coin is unpublished. Sam Moorhead has recorded a FELICITAS SEC piece of this issue. It seems that the inscription on this coin was probably FELICITA SEC, the engraver making an error. This coin is in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
