The weight is an irregular regular hexagonal shape in plan and trapazoidal in cross section (widening towards it base). The weight is a light grey sometimes creamy off white colour.  The weight is 20mm long, 17.2mm wide, 10.4mm and weighs 32.77 grams. Several hexagonal merchant weights are recorded on this database, cf YORYM-D21FA8, NLM-8B49B9 without a central perforation. It is possible this is a repurposed casting from such a mould.
